cPanel offers you an feature for setting autoresponders for your email accounts. Autoresponders are email messages which are automatically sent to all email addresses which are arrived in your mailbox. Autoresponders are usually used when you don’t want to respond each and every message manually. You can just set such Autoresponder for
your mail account. Most common eg for using autoresponder is when you are not in office for longer period of time so that you can forward about the same to all others who have contacted you via emails. cpanel allows you to have more then one autoresponder on single
account. Autoresponder emails can have HTML code included in then or can be just plain text email.
How to add Autoresponder using cPanel.
*) Access your cPanel and click on Autoresponders link in Mail section.
*) Click on Add Autoresponder Link.
*) Specify email address for which you want to set autoresponder so that it will respond to all emails for that particular account
*) Enter the title for the autoresponder in the Subject field.
*) Select required character set from the drop-down list for this autoresponder if you think it’s required.
*) You can select HTML Messages tick box if you want to use HTML for your autoresponder messages.
*) Now post your message which you need to pass on usign this autoresponder in Body field.
*) Save your autoresponder setting by clicking Create button.
That’s all… Your autoresponder is ready for responding all incoming messages in your absence. This feature is very useful for your website running and maintaining your business relationship.
